Shipping & Return Policy

Except otherwise stated on the website, shipping for items are free for orders above $75, and a flat fee of $12 will be applied for orders below $75, in Canada. For US orders, a flat rate of $12 for shipping will be applied on all orders. If your order is above $75, you can return your items within 14 days of ordering them for free, or by paying a flat fee of $12 for orders below $75, if you're based in Canada. If you're based in the US, returns are still available within 14 days of ordering your items, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. You can create a return by clicking on "Returns" in the footer menu of our website. For all orders below $75, in Canada or in the US, a flat fee of $12 will be applied for every returns. If you return an item for which you cannot receive a refund, said item will not be returned to you. Returns are usually processed within 15-30 days. If the amount of returned items are higher than ten (10) different items, processing time can be up to 90 days.

Please note that Clean Out Kits are not available for US citizens at the moment. In the event of abusive returns, Koop may limit the number of returns accepted.
